Snowbelt Web & Tech is one person: me. When you text, I answer, and I'm the one who fixes it.
I work in IT here in Western New York, and I have a B.S. in Computer Engineering Technology.
Websites come first. I also help with Google Workspace and email, and I set up small automations that save you time: request forms, quote follow-ups, and job reminders.
I'm a good fit for trades and service businesses (RV repair, landscaping and plowing, contractors), restaurants, and local shops.
Questions
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once the build is paid, your domain and your site belong to you. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
What if I want to cancel the care plan?
Give me 30 days' notice. There's no cancellation fee, and I'll do a full handover so your site keeps working.
How long does a new site take?
1–3 weeks after I receive your content: your services, hours, area, and photos.
What's in the free website check?
I look over your current site, or your situation if you don't have one, and tell you in plain terms what I'd do and what it would cost. It's free.
What if I need more than 30 minutes of changes in a month?
Extra work is $50 an hour, and an extra page is $100. I'll tell you the cost before I start.
Can you help with Google Workspace or my business email?
Yes. Pick "Email or Google Workspace help" on the contact form and tell me what's going on.
What kinds of automations do you set up?
Things like request forms, quote follow-ups, and job reminders. Automations are quoted per job, and $300–$1,500 is typical.
Do you only work in Buffalo?
I'm based in Buffalo and work across Western New York. I also work remotely with businesses anywhere.
